The quality of this is ready 2nd to none and worth the investment. I did have to persuade my husband to agree to it but now that it is up within our home I can see that this is something that is going to last for many years hopefully. Sadly this product arrived slightly damaged on the cat bed. The nails could be a bit longer. However, Jon sent me a replacement and it arrived within 5 days and everything is now up and my cats love it. Highly recommend this cat tree
