How to Request a Price Match

Email sales@cattree.uk with the CatTree product link, the competitor’s listing and their total delivered price. For a claim after purchase, include proof of purchase.

Our team will respond within 30 minutes during office hours. Claims are subject to verification and the terms below.

Check Your Product Is Eligible
Identical Product

The item must be new and match in style, specification, size and colour, with the same sale terms.

Available from Both Stores

CatTree must have it in stock. The competitor must have it ready for immediate purchase or delivery.

Complete Price

The comparison must include all taxes, including VAT, plus applicable postage and packing.

Claim Within Seven Days

Our promise extends to seven days after purchase. Proof of purchase is required for post-purchase claims.

Price Match Terms & Conditions

Eligible competitors are mainland UK retailers, including UK websites.

Excluded sellers include factory outlets, membership clubs, duty-free shops, home shopping channels, auction sites, market stalls, private sellers and liquidation, closing-down or insolvency sales.

Gift vouchers and pricing errors are excluded. Affiliate, promotional, voucher-code and media discounts do not qualify. Competitor price-match offers with an additional rebate or benefit are also excluded.

We must be able to verify the lower price to our satisfaction. All price-match transactions remain at CatTree’s discretion, and we reserve the right to withdraw the promise at any time.
