We provide FREE DELIVERY on all our products.
We use DPD for all of our deliveries. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email from DPD with all of your delivery options. If you are not available to accept delivery then there are several options available to you such as;

In 95% of cases, you cat tree will be received within 4 working days of your order being placed with us. As we use a third-party courier service to deliver our product, there can occasionally be delays outside of our control.
If this happens, and your product is delivered outside our delivery guarantee please let us know, and we will send you some complimentary toys for the inconvenience!

You will receive an email confirming your order. If for any reason there may be a delay in processing your order or if one of our designers needs a little extra time to make your order, we will contact you via email to inform you of this!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then simply return the product to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Not only will we refund the full invoice amount back onto your card. But, as a courtesy to our customers we will also refund the return costs in accordance with the standard rates of our collection partners once the product has been received.

We are unable to offer a refund on a small number of products, such as items which have been customised.
