Here at Cat Tree UK, we know how impatient your feline friend can get when you notify them that they will be receiving a brand new plaything. It is because of this, that we will do our very best to get your new product out to you (and your feline) as soon as possible, so that they do not tear up your sofa from the impatience of it all..

Latest Shipping Update Update 29th January 2026

We have updated our shipping policy for large cat trees that are shipped in multiple cartons. Previously, these items were dispatched directly from our European warehouse. However, due to recent legislative changes, and to ensure customers do not incur unexpected customs or tax charges, we have revised our logistics process.

These products are now transferred to our Northern Ireland warehouse before onward delivery, allowing them to be shipped without any additional customs or tax requests upon receipt. As a result of this change, delivery times for larger products will now be between 5 and 10 working days.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

How We Process Your Order

As soon as your order is received, we will process it within 30 minutes (during work hours) and forward this onto our despatch who will begin preparing your order for delivery.

Your order is received by Cat Tree UK and enters our processing system.

02 Processed Within 30 Minutes

During working hours, we aim to process your order within 30 minutes.

03 Sent to Despatch

Your order is then forwarded to our despatch team so it can be prepared for delivery.

Delivery Times

In 95% of cases, your cat tree will be received within 5 working days of your order being placed with us.

Large multi-carton cat trees

Please remember that under our January 2026 shipping update, larger products that are transferred through our Northern Ireland warehouse now have a delivery time of between 5 and 10 working days.

Courier Delays

As we use a third-party courier service to deliver our product, there can occasionally be delays outside of our control.

If your delivery is delayed

If this happens and your product is delivered outside our delivery guarantee then please let us know, and we will send you some complimentary toys for the inconvenience!

Previous Update Important Update 1st February 2021

We are very pleased to now find that our shipments from our European warehouse to UK customers is beginning to run smoothly.

Due to the additional administration of preparing the packages and also to allow customers processing of packages into the UK, this has had an affect on delivery times.

Whilst many of our products are stocked locally in the UK, many of our larger cat trees are still warehoused in our European warehouse. Therefore, please expect a delivery timescale of these items of around seven working days for your package to be delivered.
