I love the quality and sturdiness of this tree. It does wobble a little, as it sits on carpet, which is worth noting. I will be sitting it on hard floors eventually, though, so that should correct that shortly. I did need to contact customer services, as the caps that cover the metal fixings weren’t shipped. This is, however no longer supplied, due to others feedback that it is a potenital choking hazard. This would have been helpful to know, please update your website, so others don’t waste their time, like I did? Another plus, is the ability to pay in3 using Spitit, which was great! It is a heavy tree and the cats love it. I do also love the fact the parts can be replaced when worn out, that’s a huge bonus. Overall very happy with this tree, I will be buying another in the near future for other rooms.

Admittedly even larger than we anticipated, but I didn’t pay enough attention to the specs, be sure to double-check as these things are big (I’m 6ft 1/185cm for reference and it towers over me). We wanted high, I just hadn’t realised how wide and large it would be. All in all a good buy,

I got mine in the sales and so this is even more value in my opinion. I like the option of replacement parts and cushions too. The delivery was on time and no issues with any of the items I have purchased. Overall I would buy again.
