Really happy with everything about this cat tree. More expensive than I had planned to spend, but wanted something that would last and not break after two weeks like I have had before. There was an unfortunate delay for us in receiving this product which was slightly inconvenient. However, The communication was regular and most importantly I now have some very happy cats who absolutely love this product. Only advice would be to try and keep the stock levels on your website updated to ensure this doesn’t happen again. From that I would happily use your company again and appreciate all of the support despite the inconvenience from your suppliers.
