Honestly blown away by the great service. I dropped them an email and asked when we could expect the delivery, as we were hoping to get the tree for the beginning of the week. A quick response informed us that CAT TREE UK would be receiving the deliveries of BLACK PANTHER unit on monday, so I should expect delivery later that week. However, we received ours on the MONDAY. This means that they must of had the shipment sent directly to us, instead of to themselves first. Top service, quick and friendly and the tree is of very high quality. I’d use them again in a heart beat!
