Experienced long delay but was kept informed at regular intervals. Really pleased with the quality and construction of the cat tree. Our ragdoll kitten had already outgrown her standard cat tree but was still squeezing into it somehow. She absolutely loves this and so nice she can stretch out in total comfort. Arrived in good time in perfect condition. Cats use it although our British Short Hair being a big cat finds this particular model (Devon Rex) difficult to make the leap to the top shelf, but likes the tall scratching post for a good stretch and hang on to with all four legs. Both cats have used the condo.
