An absolutely excellent product. We have a four year old and a new 8 week old kitten and decided to get something they could both use and have space to move around on without being cramped together. This tree is that and then some.
Very easily constructed, with or without DIY skills, the instructions were easy to understand and follow, The minimal tools required were provided as were all parts, including spare bolts.
It is incredibly sturdy, it doesn’t so much as wobble when either or both cats are jumping about on it. The fabric is well made and attached, it is also very soft. Our adult cat was rubbing herself all over the material before we had even finished unpacking. Both cat and kitten like the bed spaces and there is never a point when at least one of them isn’t in the tree. Our adult didn’t like hammocks on previous trees, which we now suspect was due to them being unstable under her weight, she bounces in and out of the ones on this tree with no qualms.
The only minor flaw was delivery as they didn’t use the expected courier but their customer service was very prompt in answering and sorted out the confusion.
Would buy again and will certainly look at more of their products for future purchases.

The Fantasia is a dream for any kitty! Young or old, big or small! It is super plush, absolutely beautifully made. Intelligently engineered to keeping the kitties needs and requirements at heart. My spoilt cat is 5.5 kg and when she bounces on and off it remains completely stable. The sisal and the material is definitely hardy to your cats demands. Fur doesn’t show up all over. It’s color is shiny and stylish. The hammocks and sleeping areas are thick, they don’t come loose. Assembling the tree was incredibly easy. It comes with an Allen key and extra bolts. I’m 5.2ft, absolutely no DIY skills and I had no problems putting this together by myself. Instructions made it easy. Trixie tried helping and was climbing all over it as soon as I started!! Just a chair to get up high and the Allen key was all I needed. You can move the hammocks in and out to make room if you need to. It’s presence is divine in my living room. Delivery went smoothly and came within the time given. The man helped get the 3 boxes up my communal flight of steps. I have since put in other orders from this site, as their products are in my opinion the best on the market. I did extensive research to find such well made items. Customer service is always very helpful.
