This absolutely incredible, strong, sturdy and robust and mesmerising design includes one of our own unique crown swinging hammocks that has been neatly positioned underneath a conveniently placed entry hole that your cat will absolutely love to curl themselves up inside and also poke their whiskers out from.
The hammock itself has been carefully stitched by hand with a beautiful quilted effect that also includes a very soft filling. The best cat tree I have bought! It’s well made, sturdy and easy to put together. My 2 cats love it and have so many different levels to get to. As soon as I had assembled it they had climbed to the highest platform. when I ordered the platform I needed a model with the larger bed on, Jon kindly sent the cat tree to me with the hammock as I needed it as quickly as possible before my house move and then he posted a large bed to me in Germany (after my house move) to ensure that I received it – this really was first class customer service!
The largest bed is big enough for both of my cats to sleep together and they have used it from day 1.
This company have clearly done their research about strong, sturdy cat trees and have added some nice touches with the stairs to get to the various levels and even included a hammock to lie in.
The platforms are also very large and more practical than other cat stands I have bought that have been just too small. It’s a solid made cat tree (unlike wobbly ones that I have bought before that have used thinner bed material and thin sisal that has come off the posts).
The fabric and padding of the beds and platforms are really very good and the sisal posts are well made (lots of clawing of them immediately).
I have placed it by the window and the cats spend all day looking out of the window at the birds from ahigher vantage!
I can only recommend this cat tree and was impressed with the selection Cat Tree UK have and the quick response Jon gave me to all my questions before I purchased it.

There are not many times in my life that I recommend companies with outstanding customer service and support. This is definitely one of the few, our cat Jerry had an operation in April and the operation failed! He is OK though and as playful as ever. The old cat tree we had was a budget one purchased on Amazon did the trick for a few months and then started falling apart. This time round we decided to buy a decent tree for him and stumbled across ‘Cat Tree UK’. On visiting the site my wife had a number of questions and we went on live chat the response was fantastic to say the least. We ordered the item online and even had a response from the Managing Director Jon, very unusual in today’s climate.
We were kept uptodate on delivery etc. and the tree arrived about two hours ago. It was so simple to assemble and extremely sturdy. Jerry is now a happy little chappy. If any of you out there are looking for a really decent tree for your cat or cats then do not look anywhere else. On a final note best regards to Jon and the team excellent service cannot fault you in anyway.

Excellent experience using this company. I ordered an item which had a slight delay in delivery. I was notified immediately and given the estimated delivery date. I had the the option to cancel for a refund or wait. I chose to wait and was kept up to date at every stage. The item was back in stock earlier than anticipated and was dispatched straight away.
