Ordered one of their cat trees it was with us after 3 day from payment .
My Cats needed additional Shelves to navigate the tree as there getting a little older these days.
Emailed Cat tree UK about additional parts , they gave me a discounted rate and the extras were with me in another 3 days .
this is the second tree i have purchased from this company and although not the cheapest the quality is outstanding the finish is beautiful, soft plush and firm Rope for the scratching area ( perfectly colour coded )
Many thanks guys this tree should last a good few years as did the last ( which we donated to an animal rescue centre where its still going strong after 6 years with us ) ….
