Arrived quicker than expected however when building, some holes for screws were not included so required a drill rather than a hand held screwdriver.Other than that my cat has loved it, especially in the rain, and is still getting used to the flap.

Delivered much quicker than expected and looks really stylish. Our cat is not quite used to using it, but I know will benefit from it when he is outside and no-one is home to let him in. It went together quite easily and looks good in the garden. I know the cat will love sitting on top in the summer as he currently sits on top of our hedgehog box. He is quite a large cat so not a lot of spare room when he is in but he can turn around and curls up quite nicely on the self-heating pad (not included) we have put in and can get in and out of the doorway quite easily. He was already used to using a catflap. I think he just needs to associate this with a safe place to rest rather than the cat carrier he is used to going in on trips to the vets and cattery.
