The tree itself is good but let down by the material used to cover it (emailed company and sending out replacement hammock part) as the material is fraying on hammock part, have had no issues with any of their other trees and our cats love them but this tree hasn’t withstood time at all and a short amount of time at that.
Must add that the company wasted no time at all in sorting this issue out. Thankyou.

Looks good and is clearly a better quality cat tree than those available in the big pet stores. What lets it down are the too-small inadequate fitting bolts supplied, at least for my wall (solid brick). Maybe these bolts work in some walls but certainly not in these – just did not hold the weight, despite being screwed tight. I substituted simple long plastic plugs and 2.5 inch No.10 screws, and it’s now rock-solid.
Also, for an elderly cat, the distance from the 2nd platform, past the cave, up to the hammock, is challenging to say the least. I’ve had to fit a ‘mezzanine’ ledge to bridge the gap for her.
Looks good, obviously well-made, but let down by design flaws.

The tree is great and my cat loves it having been too scared to climb her old one that fell over often. The material for the hammock wasn’t great and the cat has started to shred this to pieces. I also wasn’t too confident with how it attaches to the wall as it’s a little bouncey when she hops on so have placed a box under it to stop this. Over wise an amazing product that my cat loves
