Due to extremely high volumes of shipments going through the network as a result of Black Friday, deliveries will take longer than our usual delivery timescales.

Anybody who has ordered during the Black Friday period which began from the 22nd of November onwards should expect a delivery timescale of around seven working days at this time.

Not only are the networks heavily congested, but a shortage of truck drivers means that the high volume of cartons are not able to be collected and loaded onto the trucks as the trucks are full.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we are working with the carriers to try to speed up delivery at this time.
