Cat Tree UK had some of the best service I’ve experienced.
The chat online was easy and had good advice. I went on to order an item (a floor to ceiling Maine Coon tower) that had height issues for me (my ceiling was a little too low), but I knew from the chat that Cat Tree UK may be able to help. It’s a very good price for this type of purchase, but still a lot if it didn’t work for us.
After great email communications with Jon, we got replacement parts and the chance to try it out (it was still touch and go if it would fit) with the great customer service option of being able to return (Jon was so lovely I had full confidence this would be OK).
In the end it just fitted and my cat Silwood started using it immediately; he LOVES to climb trees outside and being an indoor cat mostly (due to medical issues) it was fab to give him something he can scale indoors! It’s perfect for Silwood, and Cat Tree UK were perfect for us Humans.

Put it up today, very easy to do, great quality, looks lovely, the beds are huge, very sturdy, we have had a few different cat posts etc over the years this model knocks spots of them all!! My girls love it! Soon as finished putting it together they jumped on!!
