I bought one of the 5-tier cat trees and I could not be happier with both the item and the customer service.
Both of my cats started climbing on it straight away and had a great time exploring all the levels. It’s been a lot of fun just watching them enjoy it!
Prior to purchasing I did make some enquiries via email, which were responded to promptly and thoroughly; this in particular made me feel very secure and at ease considering it was quite a big purchase.

I ordered the 5 Tier Outdoor Cat Tree in September 2021, but due to the situation with the shipping of items, I received in March 2022 (even though, I was offered an alternative cat tree due to the waiting time), but declined, as this is exactly what I had been searching for, in an outdoor cat tree and well worth the wait.
Both Dan and James (Sales Team), kept me up to date with the current situation of how things were going which to me is excellent customer service.
The cat tree came already built which was another plus, so could be used straight away, it appears to be very robust and extremely sturdy, kitties are yet to use, but I’m sure will have plenty of fun and enjoyment in the summer months.
I also ordered the Black Creme Delux Indoor cat scratch post, again sturdy and very large which is great and received rather quickly upon ordering. The middle tier was slightly damaged and having sent a photo, I was sent a replacement without any hesitation.
I would definitely recommend Cattree.UK as you are getting something a little bit more bespoke and they have a very good selection, you simply can’t go wrong ordering from this company, so a big thank-you from me.

I have 10 cats and loved the idea that this 5 tier could be adapted to my needs, i.e. that I did not require the box at the bottom, but just wanted it open. I have a tall cat pen and this acts as a ladder for them to come down from the top shelves. It is well built and very heavy and sturdy. Ordering and delivery were brilliant!
