I have contacted them via online chat to ask about the delivery of the product I ave ordered and got an immediate response. Later on, I sent an e-mail again regarding delivery (I am a very impatient client! ;)) and again got a very quick response. Good customer service is something a value a lot and they get 6 out of 5 for CS!
Besides that – website offers great quality products, Devon Rex Cat Tree in a cream colour I got is lovely and definitely worth the price. Got it yesterday and my cat is just having a 3 hour nap in it.
What’s more – from what I saw on the website I can say that all products offered by CatTree UK seem to be best out of the best offered on the market – all seem good quality, nice design and not necessarily all are pricey. Clearly, team did a great job choosing the range of products to sell – I can definitely recommend them if you are looking for something for your kitty!

If you want the best cat tree that looks great fun, super comfy, sturdy and is elegant and actually fits in with most home decors then this is the one you want.
Our cats love it. It’s built really well with a proper thick piece of wood as a base and the extra thick scratch poles make it more sturdy too.
Would highly highly recommend this company, we certainly won’t go anywhere else in future. You get what you pay for.

As with the other reviews, I would highly recommend this product.
I’ve been looking for a good cat tree for my two Maine Coon’s for several years. Whilst not the cheapest cat tree I would say that it’s certainly the best and well worth the money.
The tree is really easy to put together and so far it’s only been up an hour and Daisy and Murphy are already fast asleep on it!
